So I didn’t know that bears are not allowed to toss a coin into the Trevi Fountain. The poor police officer, who had been blowing his whistle at every infringement, told me I was not allowed, but luckily a kind tourist help me out and threw a coin in for me to ensure my return to Rome. This has been a tradition since the 1954 film Three Coins In A Fountain and raises up to €3000 a day for charity.
My pictures do not do this iconic landmark justice, you really need to see it for yourself.
Gotta love Rome!
