I see peas of green, red grapes too
On the floor by me and by you
And I think to myself, what a messy lunchtime.
I see pies half chew and bread of white
A grubby Babybel with half a bite
And I think to myself, what a messy lunchtime.
The piles of rubbish all scattered on the ground
Are also on shoes of people walking round
I see crisp on the floor and mash potato too
How on Earth it got here? I haven’t got a clue.
I see plates pile too high, I watch them fall
Spoons in the bin, gravy on the wall
And I think to myself, what a messy lunchtime.
Yes I think to myself, what a messy lunchtime.
